Destroyer is a cannabis strain developed by the Spanish seed bank Cannabiogen. This hybrid comes from Meo Thai and is a very stable and early plant for a sativa strain. It comes from the backcross between two of the best genotypes of the bank. This complicated breeding work has taken more than 7 years. Destroyer regular combines all the aspects that have made Thai strains some of the most famous sativa plants. It grows vigorously and wild, as few others do.
Indoors, the best ways of growing it is with a SoG or a SCRoG. Since the plant is 100% sativa it will grow a lot and so you'll have to keep its vegetative development under control from the start. It can take up to 100 days to ripen completely. Many growers set it directly at 12/12h. When grown indoors, yields are smaller but the plant will make it up for it by generating more resin. It doesn't need many nutrients to give good results and you must be vigilant not to overfeed it. This strain needs more light power than others. If you grow with HPS 250W you might fall short of power.
Outdoors, Destroyer regular yields much more, as long as it's grown in a sunny environment. It appreciates long summers and it's recommendable to grow it in warm areas. It prefers mild winters. You won't be able to harvest it until November. It's also important that the substrate has a proper content of nutrients. You must ensure your plants get as many hours of sun exposure as possible. It can give you up to 300g of buds per plant. Though this might sound very little, you must bear in mind your final product will be of the highest quality and exhibit a great flavor, which will make it up for the short yield. As it's the case indoors, you must pay attention not to overfeed it. Indeed, if you fertilize it in excess, you risk ruining all your crop.
In combustion, its smell will remind you of jasmine or lavender. It'll take you back immediately to a spring field. On the other hand, when you smoke it you'll find a very sweet flavor, similar to herbs and fruits while jasmine is still noticeable. The effect is brutally cerebral and will take you to a very pleasant psychologic state. It'll pump up your energy levels and will infuse you the will of doing stuff. If you find something funny, you won't be able to stop laughing. It will be all accompanied by a strong psychedelic high.
