Propane CO2 generator (several powers available)

This CO2 generator uses propane gas as fuel, an effective but economical way if we don’t want to spend too much money in other generation systems. It will enrich your crop’s atmosphere with the optimal CO2 levels, fostering the healthy growth of our cannabis specimens.

A generator that will easily increase your crop’s CO2 ppm by means of burners that will use the propane to produce CO2 that will slowly accumulate in the room where it’s placed.

Depending on the available space, we’ll need generators of different powers to ensure we keep the ppm at the optimal point of 1500, thus guaranteeing a perfect flowering.

To control the ppm, we need a CO2 controller and, depending on how many burners we have, we’ll reach sooner or later the desired ppm, taking into account that 1 ppm is equivalent to 0.0001% and that 1500 ppm is a 1.5% of the total grow space.

To find out which generator you need you must first know your crop’s dimensions. For instance, if you have a 4x5x3m room, that would make 60m³. If you want a concentration of 1500ppm, we need a 1.5% of the room’s volume filled with CO2. Let make some calculations: 60/100 = 0.6, what is a 1% of the total space. So, a 1.5% would be 0.5x1.5=0.9m³/h, so you’d have enough with the two-burner generator. Still, the optimal one would be the 4-burner because the plants absorb CO2 every time it’s generated, so you’ll really need twice as much, that is 0.9 x 2 = 1.8m³/h. So, the best in this case would be the four-burner generator.

Ideal CO2 generator depending on the space:

• 2 burners 1.1m³/h for rooms with volumes of up to 36m³ or 12m² by 3m high.
• 4 burners 3.1m³/h for rooms with volumes of up to 103m³ or 34m² by 3m high.
• 8 burners 6.23m³/h for rooms with volumes of up to 207m³ or 69m² by 3m high.
