This pen type pH-meter is a very effective instrument to keep the acidity levels of our irrigation solution levelled at all times.
This pH-meter is very simple to use and calibrate.
With a 0.1 pH resolution and +/_ 0.2 pH accuracy it is a medium-high precision instrument.
It features automatic temperature compensation and is calibrated manually by means of a screw located at the back part.
By keeping the right level of acidity your plants will feed much better since they will absorb the fertilizers we use more efficiently.
pH 7 liquid is used to calibrate it. You can increase precision by calibrating it at pH7 and at pH4, decreasing the margin of error.
WARNING. This meter must be submerged just enough to cover the electrode. Never submerge it more than 4 cm since it could break.
It includes 4 1.5V Alkaline batteries
