Haze 100% Feminized is now available in bulk. This strain combines the best characteristics of many different landrace sativas from all corners of the world. It takes quite a while to flower indoors and outdoors, but the quality of its buds makes it well worth the wait – it grows compact and highly resinous colas.
It has quite an interesting history behind it; in the 70s, in California, two brothers who called themselves the Haze Brothers were growing 100% sativa landrace plants that one of their friends, Sam, brought to them. The first hybrid that they started with was Mexican x Colombian, and the result was then crossed with an Indian Sativa, and the third generation was done using a Thai landrace.
Indoors it can take an enormous 16 weeks to flower and it can grow quite large, so you’re going to need to do something about that – we recommend inducing the flowering period right off the bat, giving your plants just a week to 10 days of growth, 4 plants per square meter are more than enough to fill out your grow space. We also recommend using SCRoG meshes in order to direct the branches to where you want them to go and to keep your grow nice and organized in as far as height and bud distribution. You can get up to 350-450g per square meter under the right conditions and with the right care.
Outdoors it takes until the end of November to fully mature, and it does much better in areas where the summer is a bit longer. You’ll need to train it properly so that it can use more of its energy on making the buds heavier rather than making the stems stronger. You can get an amazing 800g per plant as long as they get plenty of light.
It has an incensed, sweet, penetrating and persistent smell that, even if you smoke with the windows open, it’ll stick around for quite a while. It gives energetic effects, which are perfect for day to day smoking, although if you smoke too much it can get a bit trippy and you might be couch-locked in no time.
