San Fernando Lemon Kush

San Fernando Lemon Kush by Sweet Seeds is a strain new to 2017, created from some well-known American strains in regions like California. This amazing mixture contains San Fernando Valley OG Kush, a legendary strain that is said to be one of the oldest OG Kush strains ever known. The next strain involved in the mixture was a Kosher Kush, an amazing variant on a conventional OG Kush, well-known in Los Angeles where it sold a lot.

Indoors, this strain has a fair, balanced structure, although you can still appreciate the typical sativa vigorous growing pattern. Kush strains are very particular about the nutrients they absorb, so make sure you take care during the first stages of your plants, keeping an eye on them every time you water them with nutrients. It gives a decent yield, getting up to 600g from just 10 plants per square meter, as long as you grow them in 7L pots under 600W grow lights. They should be ready for harvest after a flowering period of 65 days.

Outdoors, this plant also does quite well, producing up to 700g per plant. The buds this strain produces in sunny outdoor locations are absolutely incredible, full of shiny resin and releasing attractive citrus aromas. San Fernando Lemon Kush is pretty easy to grow as long as you give it a decent substrate right from the start. If you add a small amount of nutrients, your plant will increase its vegetative growth during the initial stage, while some extra sugars and carbohydrates will get the flowers to become hard as rock. It should be completely ready by the end of September or beginning of October, depending on the specific phenotype and environmental parameters.

This strain features a delicious smell, with various influences such as citrus and earthy fragrances, in honor of its OG Kush genes. This strain has a high terpene limonene level, and it’s widely used in the US to draw high quality extractions. The effect is potent and quite mental, ending in a nice smooth relaxed feeling.
