Durbakistan

Durbakistan by Tropical Seeds CO is a hybrid between two landrace strains from two faraway places; Pakistan Chitral Kush and a Durban from Africa. The resulting plant is a balanced hybrid that has the best characteristics of both plants, making for plants that are easy to grow, with varying purple/lilac colors, and high yields.

Indoors this plant grows into a sort of sativa structure with wide, typically indica leaves. They tend to grow quite tall, so using a SoG net and placing around 16 plants and giving them just a few days to grow before flipping the lights, leaving just the central stems to grow nice and thick. You’ll need to prune and remove the lower branches on this plant before the second flowering week in order to make sure that the central stem gets most of the energy. They’ll need around 10-11 flowering weeks, although they tend to grow tall and make up for the lengthy weight by rewarding you with plenty of delicious buds.

Outdoors, if you have the space for it you should plant it in the ground and just let it do its thing – when grown like this is can grow up to 3m tall, producing plenty of side branches full of purple buds that are incredibly potent. You’ll be able to make the most out of your plants by the time the end of October rolls around – this plant does well with rot infestations and can easily fend them off thanks to its airy buds, so there’s no need to worry about that.

Durbakistan has a peculiar flavor and is suitable for growers that state they can never find nice enough flavors anymore – this usually happens when you’ve been smoking Skunk for much too long. This strain has a sort of caramel, super sweet and earthy flavor. It gives an immediate effect that’ll hit you after a couple of drags, and it’s quite an energetic and social effect. It has high THC and CBD levels.
