Sometimes you don’t have enough space to hang your extractor fan or it might make a lot of noise when hung. With these stands all you have to do is place your extractor inside and make sure it’s on a flat surface in order to avoid excess vibration. It’s obviously not as good as a soundproof box but it also gets rid of a lot of noise.

It’s perfect for small grow tents, allowing you to place the extractor outside the grow tent. This will allow for more space for your plants, avoiding unnecessary bends in your ducting. Bends in the ducting can slow down the air flow in small extractors.

They’re also handy for large grows – sometimes large extractor fans are much too heavy to hang from the ceiling and you need to attach them to the wall or on the ground. You can easily place your fan in this frame and set your ventilation ducts up in a straight line, causing less vibration due to improved air flow.

It might not seem important, but keeping the extractor completely level also influences noise reduction. If your extractor’s offset at the slightest, it won’t have a balanced center of gravity so the rotation can cause it to vibrate even more. This vibration goes into the wall or ceiling if you’re hanging it, and can be quite annoying for both the grower and their neighbors.

Available in various sizes to fit your fan extractor; from 100mm to 315mm.
